- ATTENTION: If you are booking in April, during weekdays (monday to friday, except holidays) and working hours (from 9 to 5), there might be some unavoidable noises coming from ground floors refurbishments taking place, that's why we are giving very special rates. No automatic-hammers or any other heavy duty tools making a lot of noise but we prefer to be safe than sorry. - If you are very sensible to noises maybe it's not the best month for you to book, we will be glad to receive any other month. - The apartment is in a restricted street where car parking is not allowed, it is only for oficial residents - guest cars are not allowed to park - but you have public paid street parking 1 minute away. - Subject to availability we offer a pass to park for free at Cascais Marina Park with surveillance. - The apartment is located on the second floor and does not have an elevator. - We do not have air conditioning, but we have installed a modern and powerful ceiling fan in the bedroom, or 2 portable heater during cold season. - There are no dishwasher and washing machine facilities. - The bathroom may not be suitable for people with limited mobility. - To accommodate a spacious and comfortable queen bed, there is limited space between the bed and the adjacent walls, which may not be ideal for individuals with mobility challenges, but you can move the bed to near one of the walls to have more walking space. - The water is heater is usually suitable for up to 3 quick adult showers in a row, and it takes very short time 30min to 1hour to recharge. - We are required by Portuguese law to request that you provide us with some identification information to fill the mandatory Foreigners and Borders Service form - SEF prior to your arrival. - Room keylock will only be given after the mandatory SEF form is filled

Please note that the bathroom is small and might not be recommended for people with reduced mobility. We have chosen a generously sized queen-size bed to ensure a restful sleep. The bed can be lifted to reveal additional storage space for your luggage. To make your stay even more comfortable, we offer the option of preparing the sofa bed as a bed instead of a sofa. Just let us know at least 24 hours before check-in, and we will ensure it is ready for you to relax and rest as soon as you arrive. The kitchen is equipped with essential appliances such as an oven, coffee machine, microwave, electric stove, kettle, toaster, and blender. It's perfect for those who enjoy cooking their own meals.
