The villa comprises of an entrance hall on the ground floor that leads to a spacious and very comfortable living / dining room with a fireplace and a wide wooden table sitting 6 people. The kitchen which is fully fitted and equipped with all necessary appliances leads to a charming terrace with a barbecue area and pool. A service toilet with a shower cubicle is located on the hallway. On the upper floor, the bright master en suite bedroom with a great king size bed and tv offers a small balcony, an ample walking closet and a spacious shower. The second and third bedrooms with a double bed and two single beds are served by a common bathroom with a bath tub and a terrace that faces a peaceful pine forest atmosphere. A study room, perfect for home-working, as well as a games room with tv, gym facilities and a bunk-bed are all available on the basement floor, The villa is fully air conditioned. Bed linen, bath towels and pool towels are provided. Free Wi-Fi is available, as well as international TV channels.
