The owner is a perfect host. She is highly attentive to the wishes of her guests. And the staff is all friendly and welcoming.. The property is lovely. Gorgeous gardens set in a vineyard quinta. Beautiful views. Our lodge room was large, comfortable and quiet. Everything was spotless. Breakfast was a great start to our busy days. Excellent value. Highly recommended.
Quinta Do Sobral country house is beautifully located within a large estate, surrounded by vineyards, and orchards. It offers a peaceful and rural location, an outdoor pool and is within a 10-minute walking distance of Figueiró dos Vinhos village center. Quinta Do Sobral is decorated in traditional Portuguese style and offers all modern conveniences, including free WiFi in all rooms and in the pool area. The spacious en-suite double rooms have central heating, air conditioning (underfloor cooling) and satellite TV. They also include an entrance from the garden. In addition, there is a lovely interior garden in classic Roman style. It features a charming pond, which is covered with flowering water-lilies in the summer. Vegan and vegetarian breakfast options are also available, upon request. On request, guests can join in with the Quinta's agricultural activities, including the grape harvest. They can also enjoy hiking, climbing and fishing.
