My name is Filipa, I`m an Environmental Engineer and Veterinarian, but presently I dedicate myself exclusively to the management of RENT4REST. I`m the one who will answer all your reservations requests, answer all your questions and doubts and most of the times I´ll be the one to welcome you upon your arrival. To help me out with the management of RENT4REST I rely on the help of my husband Filipe and my father António. We work with certified partners for services of occasional Check-in, Cleaning, Maintenance, Transfers and Tours. We manage all our properties. Each of them was picked because of unique characteristics that distinguish them, such as great views or a great location, in front of the beach, on a golf course or in the city centre. Whether you are planning a romantic getaway, a vacation for family and friends or simply a restful getaway, all our houses are furnished and equipped to make sure that you feel comfortable. All our houses have Wi-Fi. As parents, we understand the difficulties of travelling with kids and toddlers. That`s why, in order to make it easier, we provide, for free, crib, food chair and other accessories (upon request).

This is a completely renovated one-bedroom apartment located in Sao Bento which accommodates 2 guests. Accessed by elevator it’s equipped with two single beds, a bathroom with a big shower, an open plan kitchen, a living/dining room, dishwasher, free Wi-Fi Internet and cable TV. The room also has a sweet street view balcony. For your convenience, this apartment is located next to a garage with a 24h ticket available. This apartment has been thoughtfully decorated with attention to details in order to make your stay in Lisbon unforgettable and to feel the daily Lisbon heartbeat.

It’s located only 10 minutes walking distance from Rato metro station. Liberty Avenue and Principe Real are only 20 minutes away by foot. Near the apartment, you can find the São Bento market with traditional food. You can also find the Assembly of the Republic, museums and many local shops, such as different restaurants, bars and groceries shops and car parking.
