This is a fantastic fully air-conditioned 3 bedroom apartment with a large living area, with well furnished lounge, dining area and a modern and extremely well equipped kitchen. There are 3 bedrooms, the master bedroom has a king bed and en-suite bathroom, one of the twin bedrooms has also en-suite bathroom and the third bedroom has also 2 separate individual beds that can be pulled together to form a large bed. The main bathroom has a shower cubical. For entertaining inside, there is TV with some cable channels, DVD player and Wi-Fi. On the spacious balcony there is outdoor furniture for dining outside. There is a second balcony, accessed from all 3 bedrooms. If you bring a car, there is a private parking space that you may use during your stay. This lovely complex has the rare benefit of having on outdoor heated pool (from April to October). São Martinho is a beautiful small village, with a shell shaped bay. Due to its particular shape, the bay is the ideal beach for families with small children, as the strong sea current characteristic of the Atlantic ocean is not present here. Throughout the sea front there are lovely restaurants, where you can delight yourself with delicious Portuguese food, nice cafés and bars. Just a stroll away along the coast line and you'll find Salir do Porto River beach, which has the river streaming to the ocean and is also perfect for families due to its calm waters. PLEASE NOTE: - Groups of people exclusively under 21 years old are not accepted. - The property is strictly NON-SMOKING and we ask our guests to respect this policy. (Please feel free to smoke outside, but please be responsible when disposing of cigarette ends.)
