Apartment T3 Duplex of Charm in Oeiras, considered one of the best municipalities for living and leisure.Given its geographical position, it is a place of choice in the Estoril line, with excellent access to Lisbon, Cascais and Sintra (World Heritage). Apartment with a sea view 180 º, an excellent terrace and two large balconies, decorated with refinement, providing guests with all the comfort needed to enjoy an excellent stay. Located at 10 minutes from of Paço de Arcos and Santo Amaro de Oeiras beaches. You can take a pleasant walkway along the coast, from Paço de Arcos beach to the Piscina Oceânica and the Marina de Oeiras where you can enjoy varied maritime activities, terraces and restaurants. Guests will have access to the entire apartment and garage box.
The house is located in Oeiras, Lisbon, Portugal. Located in a privileged area of Oeiras, well served with commerce, services, Shopping Center, restaurants, cafes, gardens and parks. 5 minutes from the train station, which takes you to Lisbon or Cascais in just 20 minutes. In addition to the garage box for 1 car, there is free parking on the street itself.
