Modern apartment close to the Metro. You’ll love this typical foothill neighbourhood in the city centre but away from all the noisy areas. The Metro is just a block away (4 minutes) and will take you almost anywhere, including the airport. You can take the famous 28 tram with a 6 minutes walk. Stroll down the avenue along the city history and variety or walk up the hill to check Lisbon's famous viewpoints and its seven hills. In a typical neighbourhood, the apartment is located in a modern residential building from the 70s, recently updated. Designed to let the Lisbon sunlight in, you'll love the mix of simple, zen lines with some original vintage furniture and details from the 70s. The spacious living room will allow you to bring your two children along or maybe a friendly couple. The sofa-bed with a pull out bed bellow means you can keep them both ready (no need to keep setting up your bed every night) and still use the upper part as a sofa during daytime. All beddings and towels are freshly cleaned on your arrival. All the house was cleaned on the day you arrive.

Typical Lisbon middle class neighbourhood from the 30s, on the foothill of one of Lisbon's seven hills, it's amazingly quiet even with it's central location. The Almirante Reis avenue just one block away (3 minutes) is one of the city's main arteries leading you downtown. There's lots of local commerce, restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Just 10 minutes walking down you'll find the now trendy Intendente neighbourhood and 10 minutes later you're reaching downtown and the main tourist attractions. On the other hand, if you walk up you'll find yourself on a trail with the most beautiful sightseeing spots of Lisbon (the first one is just 5 minutes up). If you're in for business, using the Metro, you'll be 20 minutes from Saldanha (the city's main business center) and 30 from Oriente (another business area where the Web Summit takes place).
