Beautiful location surrounded by nature! The sound of the river running was just a bonus!
Nice place.
I would like to correct my review of pinsinea Pastavul:
I made a mistake in my previous rating "1" of Pastaravul because the correct rating should be "3" as it has many positive features.
Booking please correct my previous review as I don't want to hurt their business.
Thank you,
Tony
The environment is amazing, regardless of the weather conditions we encountered.
Our stay at the hotel and the whole experience was brought to perfection because of our host Eli.
An amazing guide and a friend that was always around, and take a good care of our needs.
Even more, as strangers visiting Romania, she was kind enough to get familiar with our route and suggest some "hidden gems" of the region that now we are going to visit.
Thank you Eli🥰
The host speaks English very well and was wonderful. We didn't find the place and he saw our location on the map and drove to our place to bring us. He was very kind and helpful. The kitchen is great. We cooked and ate there and kept our cold things in the fridge.
One should note that in some waze and Google maps program the place is written "cartisoara" and not "cirtisoara". Not in all waze programs you could find casa Simone.
Nice, quiet place in the mountains. We visited in February during off season, so we were the only guest in the hotel and maybe even in the whole area which was so peaceful.
Room was great, host super kind (doesnt speak English but that was not needed). We even got coffee offered in the morning during check-out. He also has two wonderful kind dogs that will welcome you with open arms.
We visited the Ice Hotel to celebrate our son's 21st birthday and what an a amazing experience we had.
The entire experience was fantastic and something we will always remember!
A big 'Thank you' to Cristina too, who was an absolute credit to the Ice hotel and made our experience really memorable.
The hotel is a good spot to stay the night and start the next morning on the Transfagarasan road. Balea lake is 45-minute drive, and you can get there before the crowds arrive. This place had good lemonade and the best omelette I had all week at different breakfast places in hotels in Romania.
I stayed this Hotel after hiking at Bâlea Lac area. It is popular place, but it is very quiet around the Hotel. There is one local restaurant in 10-minute walk. The Hotel offered us for coffee and tea for free in the morning.
We really enjoyed our one night here. The rooms were basic but very clean and with a great view from the balcony. The swimming pool was great and you can use it free if staying at the hotel. The staff were all lovely.
The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel.
Well done!👏
