PLEASE NOTE: *The apartments can only be used for residential purposes. For any other use, such as photoshoots or videoshoots (videoclips, videoblogs etc.), you must have our approval. It is strictly forbidden to record and publish images of the apartment without our approval. The rental amount for photo/videoshoots starts from 100 euros, depending on your needs. For a correct price offer for this purpose, please contact us in advance, before making the reservation. **The apartments are in the same building, but on different floors. ***There is no TV cable (the TV can be used for different apps - Netflix available). ****The building doesn't have a functional elevator and all the apartments are on upper floors. *****For the apartments equipped with sofa beds, if you want the extensible sofa to be prepared for sleeping, you must notify us before the check-in time. Any request regarding the sleeping arrangement after the check-in may involve extra costs.
