Sibiu Home 4 Green includes two spacious apartments in the Historic Center of the city of Sibiu, 230 meters from the Bridge of Lies and Piata Mica. The building is a mixed construction rebuilt in the 18th and 19th centuries (the first building is from the 15th century). The two-bedroom apartment has 60 square meters (30 m on the ground floor and 30 m on the first floor). It includes a living room and kitchen and a bathroom on the ground floor and a bathroom on the first floor, a bedroom with a large bed and a bedroom with a raised bed for children. It was built in 2007 and partially renovated in 2021. The space is ideal for families with 1-3 children / 3 adults and 2-3 children or couples who want a comfortable, generous, quiet space and close to the city center. Children benefit from toys and special TV channels (there is Netflix, Smart TV). The facilities are modern, including a full kitchen, renovated bathrooms, a small library, televisions on the ground floor and first floor, a small furnished terrace in the yard, a small balcony on the second floor, wireless internet, etc. The ground floor apartment is approximately 50 square meters and was renovated in 2023. Historic Center of Sibiu (area 1) - Orasul de Jos. Ocnei Street is part of the Historic Center (area 1) being an initial street with a defensive role (defensive constructions - at the outer end was the Ocna Gate and Bastion, the Shoemaker's Tower, - Burger Tor und Burger Bastei and inside the Bridge of Lies). In time it was known as: in 1598 - Unterhalb der Lugen Pruk; in 1751 Unter der Lugenbrucke // Under the bridge of their lies (from the Little Square to the Dragoner Square) Burgergasse (to the end); in 1875 - Burgergasse; in 1947 - Karl Marx; since 1990 - Ocnei street. Nearby we find restaurants, shops, terraces, museums specific to a historic center. We are close to the Bridge of Lies (230 meters), Piata Mica (350 meters), Piata Mare (500 meters). We find a playground and a quiet park 3 minutes (or 15 minutes walk) by car - Youth Park.
