    “The whole apartmant is freshly renovated. Everything is in perfect shape. Huge and spacious rooms. Well equiped kitchen and a nice and cozy bathroom. Even if the apartment is located nead the train railway, we could sleep as the noise is not intense.”

Welcome to our charming apartment located in the heart of the city in a beautiful Secession style building. This stylish and comfortable apartment has everything you need for a perfect stay in the city. The building was built in the early 20th century and has retained all of its original charm, with intricate architectural details and ornate decorations. The apartment is located on the second floor and can be accessed via the grand staircase. It features high ceilings, large windows that let in plenty of natural light, and wooden floors that add warmth and character to the space. The apartment has been recently renovated and features modern amenities such as air conditioning, Wi-Fi6 1Gbit connection, and a fully equipped kitchen, smart TV in each room (LG and Amazon fireTV) and many others. The living room is the perfect place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring the city. It features a comfortable sofa, a flat-screen smart TV, and a dining table that seats six friends. The two bedrooms are cozy and inviting, with a comfortable King double beds and extra twin beds as needed and plenty of storage space for your belongings. The bathroom is modern and stylish, with a shower, a sink, and a toilet and washing machine.
We both work in the EMS and IT industry but we have started for a few years hosting more as a passion. We try to promote Oradea and its beauty since it was developed significantly in the last years and try to provide the best services to our visitors.
Our charming apartment is located in a prime location in the heart of the city, just a stone's throw away from some of the most popular attractions in the area. We are situated near the beautiful Petofi park, where you can enjoy a leisurely stroll or a picnic in the sun. The park is also close to City museum recommended to be explored. The central train station is 2minutes away. Just a few blocks away, you will find the vibrant city central walking area, where you can explore the city's rich cultural heritage, sample some delicious local cuisine, or shop for souvenirs to take home with you. The area is full of charming cafes, restaurants, and bars, as well as boutiques and art galleries. Our central location also makes it easy to access public transportation, so you can easily explore other parts of the city.
