PALILULA, na 10 min hoda do centra grada, stan se nalazi na 5. spratu u zgradi bez lifta. Parking je besplatan,eventualno je moguce parkirati i u zasebnoj garazi u blizini zgrade. Stan ima kompletno opremljenu kuhinju, takodje i ves masinu. Wi-fi,Netflix I puno domacih I stranih kanala na tv-u. Jedna odvojena spavaca soba sa dva single kreveta. U blizini zgrade se nalazi super market, pijaca, piljara, pekara, brza hrana...
