The Merchant Yard Apart-hotel was conceived and implemented as an object of modern infrastructure as a part of the business center of the same name. The management of Hotel at design set the task as much as possible to bring closer accommodations of travelers to their stay of the house: in design decisions warm shades and natural materials are used, bathrooms are equipped with luxury plumbing fixtures, all doors open only by an individual code, the parking for guests assumes full safety of the car, and in the building the round-the-clock video and limited access after 20:00 is observed.
