Apartments are intended only for living and in the apartment: 1) you can not arrange parties, hen parties, bachelor parties, celebrations, etc .; 2) you must not make noise from 22:00 to 8:00; 3) all guests must leave the apt. until 22:00; 4) we do not host purely male companies of 2 or more people; 5) no smoking inside apartments, etc. The standard check-in time is anytime after 15.00. Standard departure time: at any time until 12.00 inclusive. On an early arrival. The possibility of early check-in will depend on whether the guests will be the day before and what time they leave the apartment. In any case, we will be able to meet you at the time indicated by you, transfer the keys to the apartment and pick up your luggage so that you can go to the city lightly. As soon as the apartments are ready, we will notify you of this and you will be able to move in. Cleaning usually takes 1-3 hours. Additional beds. We are looking forward to meeting you at ul. 1812, house 126, GPS: 54.711708, 20.536614. Entry to the yard through the iron gate from ul. 1812 goda. Please call us upon arrival at the place, WeI'll meet you. Regarding parking. You can park for free on the street, but there is not always space available. A place in the underground parking available at an additional cost. Please let me know in advance if you want to reserve an underground parking lot. Grocery stores. Within a radius of 500 meters there are more than 5 grocery stores such as Spar, Semya, Victoria, etc., including 24-hour shops. The nearest grocery store is the Semya store in a neighboring building, 100 m. Restaurants and cafes. For breakfast, we recommend Cafe Glazur, located in the same building from the Litovkiy val street. For lunch and dinner from the closest we recommend the restaurant Asado on the Griga 26 street. About the area. The complex is located in one of the oldest districts of Kaliningrad, next to the symbol of the city: the Royal Gate and the Zakheim Gate.  See you!!! :)))
