New house of 300m2, quiet, in a recent residential area with trees. WIFI , Secure with guard 24/24. On the ground floor : 1 living room 1 dining room 1 fitted kitchen (large fridge, electric oven, 4-burner gas cooker, kettle) 2 bedrooms with 1 independent shower room with a toilet Upstairs : 3 bedrooms each with their own bathroom with wc (2 shower rooms and 1 bathroom) One of the suites has a large balcony overlooking the garden All rooms have mosquito nets and blackout curtains Upstairs, 1 large terrace offers an unobstructed view of the hills, ideal for watching the sunset. The land is fully enclosed (with manual gate) distributed in a parking space and a garden space in front of the house. At the back of the house, a 2-room annex. Solar water heater. water reserve of 3000 l Sheets and towels extra Possibility to organize a transport service for you from the airport Breakfast included for 5 travelers, if more than five, a supplement is requered . Je suis expatrié en France depuis quelques années. J'ai construit cette maison, pour avant tout pour consolider mes racines dans mon pays natal, le Rwanda. Afin de pouvoir profiter de cette maison moi même ainsi que ma famille lorsque nous revenons au Rwanda, j'en ai fait une maison de vacances et de location temporaire. ISARO veut dire "Perle" en Kinyarwanda, et je fais tout pour qu'elle soit à la hauteur de ce beau nom ! C'est pourquoi je vous réserve un très bon accueil, dans une belle maison, par mes représentants sur place, mon oncle Wellars et son épouse Ernestine, qui habitent à proximité de la maison, feront tout ce qui est nécessaire pour répondre à vos besoins une fois sur place .
La maison est située dans un nouveau quartier résidentiel, à 10 km de l'aéroport international de Kigali. Idéalement située, à la fois au calme et non loin du centre ville de kigali (à 20 km ). La maison elle même est située en hauteur et grâce à une grande terrasse à l'étage, à exposition sud et ouest vous pourrez profiter d'une vue dégagée et d'un air agréable. Idéal pour visiter non seulement Kigali et ses différents sites touristiques, car la capitale n'est pas très grande. Et même pour aller hors de la capitale, à la journée en rentrant à Kigali le soir, c'est faisable, car Kigali est situé au centre du pays. Je peux vous conseiller une bonne agence de location de voiture si besoin. Et pour tout autre question ou information je suis à votre écoute. BIENVENUS !! Pacôme Habimana
