Exclusive design villa with 2 levels, 15 min to city with car. Heated pool ( May to September) sauna. Golf Course- 3min walk, (Ågesta GK). Tennis court 200m from the house available for free! Big terrace with pool and a large garden with a large area to have activities on. Lots of fun to do for the kids with a built-in trampoline, playhouse, swings electric cars and more! Beach, shopping center and nature reserves nearby. The house is the perfect foundation for a fantastic vacation in Stockholm. Own designed villa built in 2010. Close to Stockholm city, but still in a wonderful nature area. There are not many villas with such good conditions like this near Stockholm city. Lake view from the property line (200m to the lake) Tennis court available, 300m to a good golf course, nature reserve with beautiful countryside, bird watching, horse stable, (ride, reservation), good jogging places, outdoor gym, 10 min to Globen, Tele2 Arena, 10min Stockholm fair (Stockholm-Älvsjömässan), 5min Farsta Centrum. You have everything you need near you, the bike to the grocery store for 5-10 minutes.
We are a happy Swedish family, me my husband and our 3 daughters 8,6,5 years old. We have a summer place one our from the house that we use to spend time in on the summer, and we loves to travel around and visit new places so its perfect for us to rent out our house.
Golf Course- 3min walk, (Ågesta GK). Tennis court 200m from the house available for free! Beach, shopping center and nature reserves nearby. Lake view from the property line (200m to the lake) 10 min to Globen, Tele2 Arena, 10min Stockholm fair (Stockholm-Älvsjömässan), 5min Farsta Centrum.
