ACE RESIDENCES
You only need your suitcase when you stay at this located in Balestier. Our building is newly furnished and we only started operations at 1st Feb 2016. We are conveniently located along Ava Road, off Balestier Road. Please take note whilst we try to maximise your comfort during your stay, we DO NOT offer 24/7 concierge services as we are not a hotel nor do we provide daily change of towels. Fresh towels are given upon arrival. Both washer and dryer are provided so please use these to get your daily supply of fresh towels. The kitchenette has all your need to cook a simple meal but we do expect guests to clean up after use. Condiments have to be self brought as we do not have the ability to cater to different types of cooking. Housekeeping is scheduled on weekdays but not everyday . Any disruptions and changes to our services will not be substituted. If you drive, we provide a parking space but subject to availability and prior arrangement (3 days in advance) has to be made with our manager to secure a parking lot. Last minute arrangements of any kind WILL NOT be entertained. Finally, we hope our guests enjoys the stay but please manage your expectation as we are not a 24/7 hotel.
Anthony the founder of Ace Residences is a Singaporean who loves hospitality business. Having worked in real estate especially in the financial sector and having travelled immensely, he knows the importance of a good and comfortable stay.
Very near to Tan Tock Seng Hospital and Novena Medical Centre. Also short walking distance to famed Whampoa Hawker Center. Lots of popular and famous eateries serving local delicassies such as chicken rice and bak kut teh. 7/11 is just below the apartment block. Easaily accesible to bus stops and a short bus ride to Novena MRT station.
