Most of the staffs were willing to help and provided great suggestions on local cuisines and attractions. The bell attendent presented us the facilities and settings inside the room once we arrived. Although there was maintenance on the room near by, the maintenance normally started at 11am and ended around 5pm which most of the guest were not in the room. The bathroom was dirty. There were hairs on the floor. |

员工服务很好,房间大,干净,出入购物很方便.退房时间灵活,延迟退房可按小时算.由于航班时间,这次一个房间到6点才退房,费用不多,很方便. 窗外景观不好,没有梳子\浴帽,而且入住时只有一套毛巾\拖鞋等用具(可能出于环保考虑).提出后就送来了.电视频道不多. |

The hotel is quite near with the orchard road, so it is very convinience for a family like us with 3 kids. It also close to MRT station, so it is convinience to go anywhere. We could not get a good view as the hotel is blocked by buildings surrounded the hotel. We could not see the beautiful lightings from our room as what we had seen from other hotel in Orchard road that we stayed last year, so this is quite disappoint for us and our kids. |

Excellent location. Great value for money. Big room with great amenities. Hair dryer is mounted inside the drawer next to bed, which the cable is too short to reach and very inconvenient to dry the hair. |

the mini bar is refilled everyday. Location to Orchard road is amazing. Food all around you can shop for blocks. the sliding door on the bathroom makes a noise if you slam it. |

I used to stay in this Hotel before while serving as a government officer. I find the hotel location a plus. However, the decor and the glamor in the hotel is not it used to be. I find that the hotel did not improve, rather it almost lost ground with other hotels. I wish it regain the glamor again. The cost of staying does not reflect any more than the other hotels offer. The mini bar drinks are very limited and no other special goodies. Thanks. The location is perfect for my visit to the Island. And the exceptional staffs made my stay a memorable one. |

Great location,superior room and service. Staff was excellent at reception and the club lounge on the 15 th floor. The so called turkey and beef bacon is not what you expect in a 5 star hotel. |
