The Gradišnik farm is barely more than two kilometers far from the Logarska valley entrance. This is the first farm in an area called Matkov Kot and also the only one that doesn’t lie by the main road. You need to make a special effort and have a special desire to come here. The visitors can catch a glimpse of a story already on the road, and that is, how many, many years ago someone has, for the first time, just here, cut down the very first tree and started to deforest the land to make this place his home. Our additional offer: - archery for beginners - 3D track (polygon) - children's playground - mushroom soup, stew, homemade cold cuts, žlinkorfi - drink - room and apartment rental - hand-knitted woolen socks
My name is Breda and I am self-employed and working on our Tourist farm. I was blessed with amazing and adorable kids. We live in Logarska dolina in area called Matkov kot on the sunny fallow in the middle of the highland meadows. Our farm is the place to go, if you are interested in archery. If you are a beginner, you can borrow the bow and arrows, learn about the basic and give archery a try. I am an open and kind person ready to help our guests with useful information that can make their experience as memorable as possible. A song and the sound of a zither have always been heard from the house 'in Gradiš', so don't be surprised if this is the first thing you hear even today. Even today, the farm reflects a time that for many has already been forgotten, but on the other hand, it keeps pace with the present. The coexistence of these two worlds can be felt everywhere on the homestead.
Near by we have many excursion possibilities, cultural and natural sights: - Igla and intermitted spring; - Fidova zijalka cave - Museum of Potočka zijalka cave - Potočka zijalka cave - The mineral water spring - Waterfalls Palenk and Rinka - Snežna jama cave - Mozirski gaj botanical park - Savinja river (bathe, fishing, kayak rental) - Horse riding … that you can visit on foot, with bicycles or car.
