Beautiful facilities and rooms. Great beach. Great staff. The food Stelle was very average. Too much butter.

The staff we excellent - particularly Andrew, g, and Clarence. All of the people were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, lunch was fine - but we did not care for the quality of food during dinner. Also, you could use a few more water sports items - 2 paddle boards are not enough.

The hotel was fantastic and we enjoyed everything about it! The pool and beach were amazing! The staff were ok but did not go out of their way to help or were very friendly. I think this was because they were taught how to act in a "Gansevoort" manner but that meant it lost a bit of the Caribbean feel.

The hotel was great, the staff was always friendly and try to help as best as possible. The room was nice and big and furnished in modern way. The food is expensive and not delicious! The food at daytime (beach) is partially the same as at dinner. Breakfast is every day the same and starts to get boring. There were no vegetables (tomatos, cucumber etc..) or cold cuts or cheese.
