I will check meet all guests at check-in and check-out and am available at all times to help or assist guests with anything required. There are also in-villa staff who can also assist guests at any time. Nightly rental rates include: -Simple continental breakfast (eggs any style, toast, tea/coffee, fruit juice, fruit). Breakfast served 8am-10am each day. Guests welcome to shop for additional breakfast items/ingredients. -Daily cleaning except Sundays -Bathroom towels and bed linen changed every alternate 3-4 days. Pool towels changed every day. -Toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, shower wash) -Cot and high chair available on request Nightly rental rates exclude: -Airport transfer at 700 THB per private minibus per way (7 passengers maximum with luggage)

This upper level also offers a spacious 2nd living area with flat screen Smart TV and satellite channels, comfortable sofas and beanbags. A sliding glass door in this upstairs lounge also accesses a garden walk way (not suitable for young children as steep drops) which leads to a gorgeous decked area with 2nd plunge pool with gorgeous views The 5th bedroom is located on the lower floor accessible via a staircase leading down from gated entrance to the pool terrace. This bedroom has no balcony or bathtub.
