The Vintage Farmhouse is a newly renovated from a family 50 years old house. The house is located in “Thonburi Area” where is the old town of Bangkok. You can explore another side of Bangkok which is not as hurry and hectic as business areas. You will get some experience of slow-life and how local people do for their living. The host’s house is on a separate house but still in the same area. The atmosphere is so greenery and peaceful. There is a 7-11 near the house (no alcohol beverage). The Space: The space To commute to other areas, the house is near MRT Station (Itsaraphap Station), approximately 1.1 kms. - you may either walk or take a motorcycle. There are many attractions in the area - temples, Grand Palace, China Town. You can go there by taking MRT or boat. In the morning, there is an interesting activity which is “Food Offering for monks” near the house that you can also join and get the glimpse of Thai Buddhists’ way in Bangkok. The accommodation This is a 1 1/2 stories house - 127 square meters and comprises of 4 bedrooms and 2 restrooms. *The house is good for up to 8 people only because of the limitation of facilities and all the provided utensils and others.* The decoration is mixed between country and vintage styles. Both restrooms are in the house but they are not in the bedroom area. Wifi and Netflix are provided. Downstairs Living&Dining area: 20 square meters There are a dining table for 8 people, Smart TV, Sofa, Refrigerator, Microwave, toaster and electric kettle. Bedroom 1 (V2), square meters with 6 feet bed Restroom 2 (1 shower room and 1 toilet), with electric water heater. Shampoo, Shower Soap and shower caps are provided. The lower upper floor (mezzanine floor) Bedroom 2 (V4)-13 square meters, 6 feet bed, wooden floor. Bedroom 3 (V3)-8 square meters, 5 feet bed, wooden foor. Restroom 2 square meters, with electric water heater. Shampoo, shower soap and shower caps are provide. Bedroom 4 (V5) 31 square meters, 6 feet bed, sofa.

The house is located near famous old temples - Wat Hong Temple, Wat Arun Temple (Temple of Dawn), Wat Ratchasittharam Temple. These places are not far from Itsaraphap MRT station. Also, there is a famous Department Store called “Icon Siam” where is approximately 4.5 kms far from the house. You can go there by MRT, Express boat, Taxi and public bus. Getting around - Taxi (Grab taxi services is recommended) is easily available. - MRT Itsaraphap Exit 2 (approximately 1.1 kms) - Tuk Tuks
