Everything was great especially the check in process. The woman was very helpful and nice and spoke English . The only negative is that there were no bathroom facilities on the same floor . I had to go upstairs to find a bathroom. Apparently the bathrooms located on the same floor were closed . This will probably resolved in the near future .

The room is excellent, cleaned on a daily basis, moderately big with an attached balcony, and has a very nice view. The windows are so big that a generous sunlight enters the room and gives a nice vibe. The room is equipped with a freeze, a microwave oven and a hair dryer. The staffs are excellent and very supportive. The hotel is very near to the Pu Chao BTS station. So, there is absolutely no problem of transportation. There are two 7-11 nearby, one is just opposite the street and the other one is just below the Pu Chao BTS station. There is a food-on-wheel type restaurant just across the street. The food was great! Overall, it was an excellent stay for me and I would love to stay again in future.
