Excellent location. Very good pool and adequate gym. Breakfasts were of a good standard and went on until 10.30am. The hotel debited my credit card for the full cost almost 5 months before our stay. I complined and they upgraded our room to a Penthouse that had no walk in shower but the rest of the room was ok so we decided to just go with it. |

The bell hop is extremely friendly & helpful makes us feel very comfortable with them. The breadfast was good, environment is good, not too noisy as compared to most of the hotels that I had stayed in Bangkok. The staff are very attentive and polite. Well done The front desk reception may be very busy, they are efficient, however, as the first contact of the hotel, I expect them to have more smile, forthcomming some, if they have the same gestures as the bell hop, it will further delights me with the stay at President Solitaire hotel. |

The welcome, the friendly helpful staff, the willingness of the dining room to prepare us a snack at 3.00 pm, attractive surroundings, excellent breakfast buffet. Soft towels, turn down service. Location convenient for sky train. Smoky smell in room which was a non smoking room, possibly via air conditioning. Noisy air conditioning a nuisance at night |

The staff were friendly and very helpful with us changing our rooms around, they also spoke English quite well. I was given a smoking room when I had specifically requested non-smoking (they did allow me to take my friends room which was non-smoking once my friend checked out though). The difference in the smell of the non-smoking vs. smoking floors was quite significant! |

The hotel is in a quiet location within walking distance of Sukhumvit Road and the Skytrain. Nearest stop is Nana. Very well located for for all amenities. Rooms are ver good size and well furnished. A very good hotel for the proce. The decor is starting to become worn in many places, particularly the common areas of the hotel. |

the quiet ambience of the dining room An elaborate hotel tour program needs to be put in place. A person visiting Bangkok for the forst time without a tour plan would be reallyh bored |

The suite was spacious and I really enjoyed my stay. The location is not very nice. The lobby isn't really a five stars hotel lobby. |

Good hotel, great big bed. Great breakfast, good swimingpool for a little refreshment in hot Bangkok and swimingpool service (food and drinks).************Buen hotel, cama enorme. Muy buen desayuno, y piscina agradable para darse un chapuzon cuando pega la caló. Buen servicio de restaurante en la piscina para comer algo. The hotel was very good, but a bit old, it must have been a great 5star hotel in the past, but they need to renovate a little bit. My rating: 4star.************** El hotel está muy bien, y seguro que en su dia fue un gran "5estrellas" pero se les ha quedado un poco anticuado, yo diria que es un 4 estrellas. |
