The food was good and very cheap. Bed and bathroom were big, spacious and very clean. Location close to BTS Skytrain. No champagne available with room service. A short walk through back streets from the main road but probably not too bad for Bangkok. Shadow in pool area means very limited scope for sunbathing. |

Excellent breakfast some hot Indian dishes as well, they upgraded our room at no cost, very sedvice oriented hotel, very close to shopping and sightseeing-sukhmvit |

We liked the size of the room. It was very spacious. We also liked the fact that it had a kitchen, bathtub, strong water pressure, big tv. And a Spa downstairs The airconditioner took a long time to cool but eventually did. We had to walk half a km to get to the sky train. |

I enjoyed simply everything in the hotel. The spacious, beautiful and silent room was a heaven come in the middle of Bangkok. Also the spa was just great. |

We were upgraded to a bigger suite with a wonderful view of Bangkok. The hotelpersonel were very friendly and proffessional. The poolside was nice and sunny. The gym was nice and fresh. It was not far to walk to the skytrain. We have no complains. |

The hotel was elegant, the rooms beautiful and exceptionally spacious, the service friendly and helpful. A hotel of this standard needs an internation buffet for lunch and dinner, not just breakfast. |

We liked the fact that this hotel is very well located very close to the main Sukhumvit Road and very close to the Skytrain station as well. The facilities are good and hotel staff are very helpful as well. The shower cubicle in the bathroom is too small. The hotel should re-work on the layout of their Gym as there are too many machines and space is too small. Hence, some of the machines are a hindrance while moving inside the gym. Also, the location of the TV inside the gym is incorrect. It should be more centrally located as it cannot be seen by people walking / running on the tread-mill. |

Staff was very helpful and friendly. We really valued the service of hotel's Tuk Tuk vehicle as the hotel is bit away from main road it was really handy to have it. |

good location, large room, friendly staff and nice breakfast room needed updating, bathroom a bit tatty. our room rate included airport drop - we got to airport and the taxi man charged us! not impressive. staff always trying to get you to use their taxis or tuk tuks which charged way more than those on the streets. |

its quit and private they charge me too much not the same the prices they advertise online when checking out, one of there staff says il wait on my a.t.m. what they charge to make up for theyre mistakes coz they get to much but until nw i check my account..they not intend to do what they promise. |
