Apart from the hotel staff who are superb, I was upgraded to a more superior room which made ny stay even more enjoyable. |

jacuzzi was excellent, platinium suite is the best, you can see all the town from the sallon, big bed, nice kitchen. |

The staff were friendly and very helpful with us changing our rooms around, they also spoke English quite well. I was given a smoking room when I had specifically requested non-smoking (they did allow me to take my friends room which was non-smoking once my friend checked out though). The difference in the smell of the non-smoking vs. smoking floors was quite significant! |

The hotel is in a quiet location within walking distance of Sukhumvit Road and the Skytrain. Nearest stop is Nana. Very well located for for all amenities. Rooms are ver good size and well furnished. A very good hotel for the proce. The decor is starting to become worn in many places, particularly the common areas of the hotel. |

The suite was spacious and I really enjoyed my stay. The location is not very nice. The lobby isn't really a five stars hotel lobby. |

Good hotel, great big bed. Great breakfast, good swimingpool for a little refreshment in hot Bangkok and swimingpool service (food and drinks).************Buen hotel, cama enorme. Muy buen desayuno, y piscina agradable para darse un chapuzon cuando pega la caló. Buen servicio de restaurante en la piscina para comer algo. The hotel was very good, but a bit old, it must have been a great 5star hotel in the past, but they need to renovate a little bit. My rating: 4star.************** El hotel está muy bien, y seguro que en su dia fue un gran "5estrellas" pero se les ha quedado un poco anticuado, yo diria que es un 4 estrellas. |

the hotel was conveniently located for sky train and eating/drinking. the room (solitaire suite) was spacious although a little dated (I think they have refurbed some of the rooms though). the staff were helpful and friendly. excellent breakfast - plenty of choice. |

Convenient, great location for business and shopping, free tuk tuk to skytrain, good room, nice spa. Fantastic breakfast. Apart from breakfast the restaurant was poor - the service was very, very slow, food was not great and they gave me (a vegetarian) a chicken curry - so not impressed. |

The staff were very friendly especially the head waiter in the breakfast dinning room, he was very professionial. Our room was very good, My wife and I liked the large screen tv. |

Location is not bad for those who want to stay next to nana ( arab street ) Yes ! the hotel is poor , it is not a 5 star hotel by any mean , I would rate it as a 3 star max . everything is old ..... there is a bad smell in the rooms , the blanket was a one of a kind !!! I dont recommend it at all ! |
