Benefiting from stunning bay and sunset views, The Beach House Apartment is a sunset sea view pool apartment offering 3 bedrooms, direct pool access and private Jacuzzi in a very convenient location just 400m to nearby bars, shops and restaurants. The Beach House Apartment offers 2 floors of living space. The lower floor offers an open plan living space with dining area and fully equipped modern kitchen. The living area has ample soft seating with 55″ Smart TV offering Netflix and a Bluetooth enabled LG sound bar. Outside, the apartment has direct access to the communal swimming pool and benefits from a private outdoor Jacuzzi. The apartment is a corner unit and so offers a high amount of privacy compared with the middle units. The terrace has an outdoor dining table and two sun loungers. The upper level of the apartment comprises three double bedrooms. The master suite has a private balcony, smart TV and Netflix service with private en-suite bathroom featuring a luxurious Jacuzzi bathtub. Two further guest bedrooms share an adjacent bathroom with shower. One guest bedroom is equipped with a smart TV offering Netflix and the other is equipped with a security safe.

Neighborhood info

The Beach House Apartment is perched upon the hillside above Big Buddha in the Bangrak area on Koh Samui's northeast coast with spectacular panoramic bay, ocean and sunset views. A good choice of bars, restaurants, cafes and convenience stores are just 400m from the villa. The Seatran pier where you can connect with nearby Koh Phangan island is within 5 minutes walk. Nearby Bangrak fresh market, just 400m away, is the place to buy the freshest sea food, meat, fruits and vegetables. The central part of Bangrak beach with good swimming is 15 minutes walk (1.2 - 1.6 km) from the villa. Bophut's Fisherman's village is just 4km away and the international tourist center in Chaweng Beach is a short 5km drive. Car/scooter rental is recommended for getting around and exploring but we also have a minibus taxi service that will take you on local journeys for as little as 300 THB per journey (price a little higher between 9pm and 6am).
