The property in a pretty good location, right next to Pattaya Central Festival Mall and Hilton Hotel. The view from the room (if you book sea facing room) is too good. One can have the clear view of the Pattaya Beach without any obstacles. The rooms are well maintained and clean and is bigger in size as compared to other places in Pattaya I stayed before. Also there was complementary free snacks which usually we won't get. Overall good experience.
