- spacious apartments - unbeatable price / rate - good location in Kadıköy with great access to the main points - a lot of convenient stores, cafés, restaurants in walking distance - Rihtim and Kadıköy central bus station + ferry ports right around the corner - Osmanağa neighborhood cam seem intimidating, but it's rather friendly - not too 'touristy', yet the shop owner's are used to tourists and speaking English - easy check in and out process - well equipped kitchen, even detergent for the washing machine - helpful staff - nice entrance area with water dispenser and coffee machine - trash pickup everyday from the common hallway

Close to ferry transfer to old city. The ferry is cheap, fun and works all day long. The Kadicoy area is nice and much cheaper compared with SultanAhmet. The food prices are 50% better.

For the price, it was an amazing deal. For certain reasons, my family was obliged to stay in the Kadikoy area, and the location of the hotel was perfect and suited all of our needs. It was close to transport and you could get to tourist locations pretty easily from there. The staff was nice and friendly, some of them spoke fluent Russian so it was easy for us to communicate both in English and Russian. We had a couple of hours to kill after our checkout and the hotel agreed to keep our luggage safe in the meantime.
