The location was very good although there was little snow around the hotel we had to go to zone 1 Karkay to enjoy the snow activities but we enjoyed the facilities in the hotel. Unfortunately the day we checked out that’s when it snowed!

The place is very clean and the service is amazing. The guest relations manager Haken was extremely helpful and he even made the experience more than outstanding. He helped us in conversations with others due to language barriers , transportation, and even with our reservations. He suggested us some other good places to visit this time and for the next time.
