Staff was nice, offered some free Turkish coffee. Also a nice location, just far enough to the castle to have a nice walk.

Serkan, from the front desk is an exceptional friendly and helpful person. He is the epitome of what Turkish hospitality is all about. I came for 1 night and stayed 4. We spent hours talking, drinking tea or coffee, and making it feel like I was living in an apartment meeting my friend downstairs for a smoke when he wasn't busy working. He even made sure my bicycle (I was on tour around the world) was secured in their basement for safe keeping. The bed, comforter, and towels were 5* quality. I felt I was under paying for such comfort. The location is a short walk from the downtown area and Bazar. Serkan also opened the 7th floor balcony for me so I could take pictures of the mountain from one of the best viewpoints from the city in my opinion as a semi professional photographer.

All of us love this hotel. The staff are good. Mr Tamer very helpful. Once arrived we got welcome drinks (coffee, tea, hot chocolate). The apartment for 5 person also clean and cheap. Heater also warm enough to warm the room. Near to Mt. Erciyes. Breakfast was simple but nice bread, potatoes, omelette were served and more the food more than enough for us. I recommend this place for everyone. Thank you Korkmaz Residence.

If you visit Kayseri, you should definitely chose this hotel. Not only the location is great, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the breakfast is nice, but most importantly: you’ll feel so welcome as no other place. My wife and me traveled for the first time to Türkiye and I can assure you that from all the nice people we met in this wonderful country, the man at this hotel (Tamer) was the nicest and kindest Turkish we met in our journey. Even the limitations of a basic English, Tamer welcomed us the best way, helped us with everything we needed and even beyond. We will never forget this great man. The staff are amazing, the rooms, lifts, cafeteria and floors are very clean. Not a speck of dust in sight. Room had an AC, which we could set to Heat or Cold. On a scale of 1 - 10, I would give it a 9 ! It is not a luxury hotel but it will put many luxury hotels to shame in terms of cleanliness, customer care, and overall customer satisfaction. Also if you are ever coming to Kayseri for medical treatment, this hotel is best as its completely surrounded by hospitals, pharmacies and restaurants. There are mosques all over too for muslim guests. Well done, Korkmaz Residanz. You have earned yourself a valued customer.
