Although we couldn't spend as much time at the hotel as we would like to, I can say we enjoyed our short stay very much. It is very close to a beautiful sandy beach. The pool area was lovely and the breakfast was buffet and delicious. The set up of the villas was ideal for a cosy stay. Datça is not the place for massive resorts (fortunately) so the hotel felt like we were staying among beautiful stone houses of the locals, which we loved.

Datca is a smallish but ‘real’ (working) town in a spectacularly beautiful setting. With a good selection of restaurants and shopping, plus beaches and boat trips, it has plenty to entertain the more independently minded visitors.(Don’t expect theme parks, water sports, beach entertainment etc.)
Although remote by road from both Dalaman and Bodrum airports, the ferry crossing from Bodrum makes Datca easily accessible.
We’ll definitely be coming back… as, it seems, do most visitors!

We travelled slightly before the main season and it was very quiet except for the day tourists from Bodrum. Datca is beautiful and the view had from our hotel overlooked the harbour gave us a view of the town. We had a meal on one of restaurants on the edge of the beach. The meal was expensive (but then Turkey is now much more expensive everywhere) and the quality was not great. The food in our hotel (Cape Krio) was excellent.

Datca is so pretty and has a bit of everything.
Datca is so pretty and has a bit of everything. Beach mostly stony but our hotel had a jetty. Sea was crystal clear and lovely to swim in. We had a boat trip from the harbour which was really perfect and would recommend doing. Bazaar on Saturday morning was good to visit and see how the locals shop. Downside was eating out - be careful and always ask to see the menu before ordering wine - we were ripped off with a bottle of wine costing £60 when we asked for house white. Had good and bad meals but lots of meze available so be sure what you are ordering and paying. Great place to eat was the Cafe Inn on Datca harbour and also Layla's in Eske Datca.

The peninsula of Datça is incredibly beautiful, the town itself, however, has become very crowded in the recent years and has lost its authentic flavor among all the new exchangeable new buildings. Try to stay in one of the smaller towns on the peninsula if you don't need public transportation.

Disappointed not much of a beach but luckily had a car so travelled and found some nice bays but didn’t want to drive everyday day of our 5 day stay.
The restaurants in the town have taken over the beach and it is very very cramped, rest of the beach was only a few feet wide.
Plenty of places to eat and drink to suit all budgets.

If you visit during winter one full day will be sufficient to see everything you need to unless you would go hiking in the surrounding nature / peninsula. This was, unfortunately, no option during my stay because of the bad weather conditions. So there isn't too much do to in case of bad weather.
We booked the one bedroom suite with sea view, which is in a turret type round buildings overlooking the pool and bar. The room was spacious, very clean and comfortable, highly recommend.
Buffet breakfast had lots of choice and very good quality
Staff are friendly and the overall feeling of the hotel is very relaxing
The hotel is situated on the edge of the town in a picturesque setting, with a short enjoyable walk to the restaurants and bars
A very nice family owned apartments with lots of space for 2-3 people. Owners were very helpful and caring when we had some issues such as electricity cut that happened daily in Datca during our stay. There are coffee machines and free drinking water in the common area which was very nice to have.
Location is also great, central but quiet during nights.
Beautiful, tranquil property located outside Datca. Very welcoming, efficient service. Excellent breakfast in the morning. Comfortable beds, nice bathroom with robes supplied. Private balcony with expansive water view. Very nice seating area in the lobby with additional seating around a charming pool. Access downhill to a protected swimming cove.
This is a truely wonderful hotel, facilities, view, room, location, food and above all the staff made my stay one to remember for life. I had a brilliant time and enjoyed all the facilities, the gym, spa, massage, salt room, the fantastic pool. Everyone went above and beyond to ensure I had a lovely stay and it will remain in my heart forever.
It was perfectly clean. The staff was really friendly. Quite responsive to complaints or requests. I also should mention the fact that the price-worthiness that I have opt for is a little bit biased, since it was the peak time during the public holiday in Turkey, in such a period the prices usually skyrocket in the holiday villages
The location is amazing; just across the sea, and very close to the center (by walking). Also, the hotel has a nice garden where you can find sunloungers and is especially good during hot summer days.
The staff was incredibly nice and friendly. The breakfast has enough options for everyone.
The rooms are clean and sufficient.
Villa Asina was a unique place to stay, lovingly built, designed & decorated with a unique style & adorned with a collection of artefacts collected over 10 years.
It had a huge eating area for breakfast, a terrace for outdoor dining and a great view of the ocean.
It was a short taxi ride from the the centre of Datca.
Lovely location in a very quiet part of Datca. Humble but comfortable mini wooden chalet with everything one could require. Great owner host who was flexible friendly and cared that guest would have everything they require.
Within a 10mins walk to the beach.
Perfect for those seeking a simple tranquil stay.
Great location in old town Datca
Rooms finished to a very high quality, wonderful attention to detail
Great selection of foods at breakfast, high-quality foods
Beautiful views across the countryside from the pool area
Welcoming staff, they clearly take pride in their hotel
Some of the flats (not all) have a spectacular view over the Datca harbour. That was the main reason we (13 friends & family mostly from the UK) decided to rebook it after our memorable stay back in 2021. The flats, with basic amenities, are spacious and bright.
This was a very charming hotel in a great location for enjoying Datça and the surrounding area. The staff were the best, hands down, of any of the hotels we stayed in on the coast. They went out of their way to make sure their guests were happy and comfortable.
Spacious rooms with a wonderful view just outside of Datça where you can have a glass of wine and food at the tasting room/restaurant before enjoying a relaxing evening with a beautiful view. Then wake up to a amazing breakfast.
Lovely. In every sense it is a gem of a boutique hotel.
Ahmet Bey and Özlem hanım are wonderful.
Professional. They go out of their way to help you.
Also ,their team are amazing.
An excellent family run boutique hotel.
The premise was new and clean. Location perfect, close to few beaches. Host very friendly and helpful. You have almost everything that you need for relaxing and joyful holiday. Why are you still waiting :)
The hotel staff were nice but did not speak much English. The Pool area was very nice and the breakfast was nice. The location was excellent. The hotel is beautiful.
The hotel had been decorated shortly before and the rooms-facilities were very clean. The breakfast was marvellous and the hosts were very kind and cute.
