This beautiful Greek house was built by a Greek family more than 100 years ago, fully restored and renovated. We offer you two double and three single bedrooms. Max. 8 people can stay at the same time. There are 2 bathrooms and toilets, kitchen, garden and terrace available for our guests.
You are most welcome to my place :)
Neighborhood: We are 2 min. walking distance from main shopping street (Kıbrıs Şehitleri Caddesi) in Alsancak and 5 min. from seaside (Kordon). Our house is situated in a very lively neighbourhood at the heart of the city; very close to bar streets, nice fish restaurants, cafes and supermarket. We can also give you tips about where to eat good and cheap food. Every Sunday there is local market close to our street where you can buy fresh fruits, vegetables, fish and delicious cheese directly from local producers. It is very easy to access to public transportation; just 5 minutes from bus station, 10 minutes from Alsancak ferry port and 5 minutes walking distance to Alsancak train station and IZBAN subway station which you can reach the Airport within 40 minutes. Hosts: We are a young couple at the age of 30. We speak fluent English and German. We are living at the upest story and most of the time at least one of us will be around, so you can ask if you need something.
