We are a family of 5 on a 9 night trip in Turkey. This was by far our favorite place to stay. The drive up the hill is a little tricky, but a quick call to the host and he will guide you easily. Just beware that they are narrow, bumpy stone streets. The view was incredible and it was so quiet.... except for the stray dogs barking at night! The breakfast was incredible with all freshly made items and a view that cannot be beat. Do not miss this gem!

We are a couple who got bored and after a while for sure discusted from the squeezing mish mash and meaningles of the city life. Think of trying to live with 20 million other people on top of each other surrounded with nothing but cement. We have decided to move to this peacufull village of Agea for its natural beauties, its history and for its fresh air. Here we have the opportunity to practice gardening, waking up with birds, collect flowers from the hills and relax with friends. We are always being extremely happy to welcome and spend time with people. Sharing a glass of vine, listening some good music from our turning table and spread our legs. You cant regret such a thing.

Property info

Nikbin Mansion is located at the historical village called Sirince 10 min. to Ephesus and Artemis. It is a 170 years old Greek mansion surrounded by a big garden located in the center of the village but isole. All rooms has a wide angle wiev of both the village and the surrounding mountains. Quite, fresh, comfortable and peacefull. Nikbin is a Persian word meaning "the one that sees the good in everything, that has an optimistic angle" Every unit in the mansion has its own private entrance from the courtyard and have their own private patios. All the other major venues such as Ephesus, house of Virgin Mary, Temple of Artemis are in a 10 minutes ride distance and the village has regular shuttle bus to the related places.

Neighborhood info

The village is famous for its vine making and its excellent cuisine. Here at our village you can taste the most delicious dishes of Turkish and Greek cuisine in numerous restaurants. The village it self is an ancient village under protection for its architecture. One of the early examples of Christian church dateing back to 10th century is aswell located in the village.
