ZAZA HOMES was started 3 years ago by a group of friends with a vision of providing the best experience for short term stays for guest both local and İnternational. The company started as a small time start up with a couple of apartments and has grown over the past 2 years significantlly and has now over 3 buildings apartments and few other single vacation homes. The vision of the company is to set the highest standards possible in short term stays for leisure or work. The company has grown from its humble roots into a professional organization with a range of rooms and apartments in İstanbul / Turkey.

Property info

The building is 5 minutes walk to Gatala Tower and one minute to Istiklal Avenue and in the center of Pera, Beyoğlu. In June of 1870 Pera was reborn from the ashes and changed radically after the largest fire disasters. The accident created an opportunity to overhaul the design of Pera and attaining a European atmosphere. Our building has been recently renovated to a high standart while maintaining its historical features and distinctions. During your stay the historical surroundings will give you a romantic, magical ambiance.There are many hotels and bars around our historical building, so it can be noisy at weekend nights as well as fun.

Neighborhood info

Beyoğlu is a district on the European side of İstanbul, Turkey, separated from the old city (historic peninsula of Constantinople) by the Golden Horn. It was known as the region of Pera surrounding the ancient coastal town Galata which faced Constantinople across the Horn. Beyoğlu continued to be named Pera during the Middle Ages and, in western languages, into the early 20th century. The district encompasses other neighborhoods located north of the Golden Horn, including Galata (the medieval Genoese citadel from which Beyoğlu itself originated, which is today known as Karaköy), Cihangir, Taksim and is connected to the old city center across the Golden Horn through the Galata Bridge, Atatürk Bridge and Golden Horn Metro Bridge. Beyoğlu is the most active art, entertainment and nightlife centre of Istanbul.
