Hi I stayed in this hotel my room number was 305 first of all my booking total amount should be 72 Eur that’s mean 77 Dollar The reception took 94 Dollar , I told them several times but they ignored my speech. The weather was very hot during June and the AC unit not working ? The weather was very hot and the reception said it is disconnect !!!!! This is very bad

All staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. Room had all amenities you'd need, including a safe and Hairdryer. We visited Atakum beach area, which was only 10mins via tram.
