Excellent villa by the pool(open-active) in an elite site, walking distance(430 m) to 20 km long sandy beach, restos, bars, fresh markets, minibus/taxi stop, near to Kuşadasi(10 km) night life Aquapark, Ephesus, National Park, Golf club, Welness SPA, gocart, bowling, biggest shopping outlets and Kusadasi Mall.Distance from Izmir Airport is 75 km. Wifi/barbeque is available. Professional cleaning.There is roof water tank in case of need. Include exact number of kids and their ages in your request. Triple floor villa in a secure, peaceful site with an olympic pool. It is a family oriented, elite site with 3 guards 24 hours and a pool guard. 4 bedrooms with balconies, renewed modern 2.5 bathrooms, living room and fully-epuipped kitchen and large veranda with comfy furniture, swings facing nice swimming pool and garden with flowers and fruit trees. 3 minutes walk to supermarket, cafe and restaurants and 10 minutes to walk to the beach. Close to The National Park(15 minutes drive), historical places like Ephesus), shopping mall, pubs,go carting, Kusadasi Aquapark. Cheap, fresh fish, food and fruits in bazaars nearby. There is dry (No humid) weather in the area (so you don't need an air conditioner) with a lovely breeze in the evenings besides the highest oxygen level in Turkey due to the National Park nearby. There is a DayCare health unit by the beach nearby. Well established hospitals are available in Davutlar and Kusadasi. The unique Radon Natural and Naturmed Spa fir wellness and some diseases are located nearby.
