The room is clean and the location is great ! Just between Ningxia night market and Taipei main station. The air conditioner controller, however is all in mandarin and need some time to get used to before i can get it to run for my liking. The bathroom were absolutely perfect.

We enjoyed how accessible it was despite the contactless check-in. It was walking distance to Ningxia Market, several bus stops and even food joints that were open 24 hours. We loved the bathroom the most! We enjoyed our stay!

Great location. 7-10 mins walk to Airport Commuter/Express and Taipei Main Station. Buses are accessible also in the main road just 2-3 minutes walk from the hotel. Near NingXia Market. The checkin and check-out is quite different from traditional hotels but quite easy. Staff are responsive on LINE-APP. Will book again.

Great location - automated access with no staff on site which worked without a hitch; just follow the instructions provided. Very responsive to messages, and helped reach out to adjacent hotel guests in rapid manner when noise levels were too high.

We stayed in several hotels in Taipei and honestly this is the best one we stayed at and the cheapest. It is really good value for what you get. The reason why is not heavily reviewed is due to the fact that you HAVE TO have line in order to check in (which was no problem for us as we had a Taiwanese SIM card with data and LINE), but I can understand how the system can be overwhelming for foreigners that don’t even know what line is and have no data on their mobile when reaching the hotel. My suggestion is that the wifi passcode is being shared upfront so that people can communicate with the staff and not dependent on their own data plans.

It is just a 10-15 mins walk from Taipei Main Station. Also, there's a nearby grocery store like Carrefour and PX Mart. The property is clean and well air-conditioned. It don't have in-house receptionist but they are responsive in Line if you need help.

The duplex quadruple room is so spacious. There's a lounge area on the first floor then a stairs up to the bedroom. It's perfect for groups. The bed are so comfy, the aircon is cool, the room is clean and quiet. I love the rain shower, it's so relaxing after a day spent roaming around Taiwan. The wifi connection is stable.
