The owner was very polite and helpful. The location is close to Dolphinarium, you can find free parking places near the building, it has a Non Stop Supermarket in the building area where you can enter using the Interfon key, the appartment was clean, recently renovated (I had bad experiences in Odessa regarding this subject). I will definitely come back here again.
