Beautiful 1 bedroom condo on the 16th floor with ocean and mountain views in the Pacific Monarch that sleeps 4. Beautiful rooftop pool area with great ocean and city views. 700 feet to the beach of Waikiki. Walk to restaurants and shopping malls of Waikiki. The condo has 1 queen size bed in the bedroom and 1 sleeper sofa in the living room. Air conditioner in the living room. Both bedroom and living room have flat screen TV with cable. We have also a dining table with 4 chairs and a ceiling fan in the bedroom. Fully equipped kitchen. The full bathroom is with bathtub & shower. All linens and towels, including beach towels, are provided. You also have easy access to coin operated laundry facilities which are located on the 3rd floor. Our condo has free wireless high-speed internet. There is a beautiful rooftop recreation deck on the 34th floor that offers a pool, hot tub and sauna with a great ocean view. Paid parking in the building is available, payable directly at the parking machine at the entrance of the parking garage after you drive up the ramp. Please have always your ticket visible. ***Our Listing is in compliance with the Bill 89 regulation.***
