Welcome to our renovated 2 bedroom Winter Point townhouse! This unit can accommodate 5 guests and is a great location for skiing, hiking, and enjoying everything Breck has to offer! Guests will love the high-end finishes and access to the nearby Upper Village pool and hot tubs. Take advantage of the proximity to downtown Breck, the nearby ski lifts and hiking trails because they are all within walking distance! Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.

Neighborhood info

Winter Point townhomes enjoy one of the most versatile locations in Breckenridge. For winter travelers, the snowflake ski lift is located a couple hundred yards from the townhouse and you can ski back on the Four O'Clock run at the end of the day and have a quick walk back to the townhouse. Main Street and the Village are less than a ten minute walk. You can also take the Breck Free Ride bus, which stops just outside the entrance of Winter Point, and get dropped off at the Gondola, Snowflake Lift, the Village, and many other stops.
