I was pleasantly surprised and will recommend this hotel to my friends and family. You need to let the water run if you want a hot shower on the 6th floor, but otherwise I was happy with the room, staff, service and location. |

Location and staff excelllent. Standard double room was a little cramped but OK for sleeping. Good rate for modern hotel so close to Times Square. Annoying noise from vent pipe outside room but you can't have everything! |

Very nice, friendly, informative, and helpful staff. No coffee maker, even in the 'upgraded room'. Other than that- just fine! |

Polite staff, very clean facilities and hallways. room with modern fittings. No street noise despite address. Somebmapsd guides available. Comp breakfadtSeems run like a tight ship. Good value Breakfast could be better, eg toast and cereals. Wifi or internet booth would be good. Reception staff polite and efficient but could be warmer ie proactivemy offering concierge lile service. I guess most hotels dont bother beyond check in and out |

The location first of all and the friendly and professional approach of the hotel staff. The elevator was too slow and the room was rather small. But as the purpose of our trip was to enjoy the big apple, then the dimensions of the room had a very low ranking. |

I loved the staff - from doorman to front desk to continental breakfast overseer to housekeeping! The people staying at the hotel were a delightful mixture of travelers - family, couples, singles and mostly international. The beds are okay but nothing to write home about. Great assortment of pillows! I bring groups to NYC and was disappointed to learn that there are no twin or king beds in this hotel. It would have been an ideal place for my types of groups. |

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel 41. The location is superb, right off the bustling Times Square, yet reasonably quiet. Subway station and Port Authority Bus station with connection to airports and other parts of NY are right next to the Hotel. The staff was friendly and always helpful. Best value for money we have tried so far on Manhattan. |

Location was very central. Staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. Room charges are overpriced. Breakfast was sparse in relation to the cost charged. Lot of street noise late at night. Walls and floors are very thin so sounds from other rooms were disturbing. |

Rooms have desks through which I could work and go online. There was an easy-to-use safe box to keep valuable things. Bathroom was clean and supplied as well. Rooms were too small and also the closets could not storage my suitcase properly so I had to keep on the desk´s chair. |

We had booked a standard room but were upgraded to the penthouse at a very small extra charge. The room was very comfortable with a fantastic big bathroom. What makes the hotel special is the very friendly staff. This makes the whole stay more relaxing and intimate. The location is great, the bar is fun, breakfast is more than enough (and free!). |

The staff was helpful and very accommodating. The hotel was only one block from the bus terminal affording us easy access to a ride to the Newark Liberty airport. It was also close to the heart of Times Square, and all the midtown must-sees. The bed was hard and the decor could use an update but the room was well-maintained with all the necessities and was clean. |

It was nice and clean hotel with all the essential in place. Hotel room was small but should be big enough for one. I would recommend if you are going on a short trip alone to Newyork. |

Great location just a short walk from the centre of the Times Square area. Friendly and helpful staff. Our bedroom window looked directly onto a solid wall. The hotel air conditioning system next to our window was very noisy throughout the night, making it difficult to sleep. Bedroom was very small. |
