Great location and very helpful and friendly staff. Comfortable room, great for myself as I was travelling alone. More Sports and Movie channels would be great. DVD's available is a good idea also. Not a view outside the window but room was quiet which is what I requested. |

The hotel was extremly clean, the staff was very nice and helpful with information about the city and dinner suggestions. In addition I cannot say enough about the quality for the price plus the room was extremly clean. There was nothing I did not enjoy about the hotel. In fact we were upgraded for free to a larger room...the rooms are small but you are in nyc not to stay in your room, so I wouldn't even say that the size of the room was negative. |

Location was excellent. Breakfast was great. The view (a brick wall) was hilarious!!!! Hot water took a long time to make it to our room... which is ok, but some warning would've been nice. Small room but for the price, it was expected. |

Good location at South end of Times Sq, not much else good to say I'm affraid, oh except the complimentary bottle of water handed to you at reception - dont take 2 bags or you'll miss out! Room was tiny ( and we were apparently upgraded to a large room!) but they charge top end rates, recomend staying elsewhere if you're over 5ft. It wouldn't have surprised me if I'd been given sheets and towels when I checked in, it had that air about it! Beds are very small doubles. |

The hotel was extremely well situated for shopping and sight-seeing. The room was small but perfectly formed! The air conditioning unit was very noisy and as the room was small it was right next to the bed, so not really good to have on at night, fortunately as it was not very hot we could manage without it. |

Melanie on the front desk was most helpful. Its a great location for sight seeing and shopping, theatres and restaurants. The price is right. It was a nostalgia trip as I once lived at the Engineers Club in 40th St and worked at 11 Broadway opposite the bowling green. No. Access to the internet, emails and the web for people who do not carry a lap top was a definite minus, and needs to be rectified. The shower head was so high on the wall it could not be adjusted |

close to everything i didn't like being charged an extra 100.00 for incidentals that i will not get back for up to a month. You should inform people of this extra expense when the rm is booked. This should also be written on the check in form that you sign, instead of just having to take your word for it. |

The staff was amazing, everyone we talked to or asked for help was very polite and very helpful at all times of the day. I loved that even though we were right in the middle of the Time Square scene, our room was tucked away and quiet. The mattress was a little rough to sleep on. No padding, and very hard. Other than that the room and stay was pleasant. |

This hotel was in the heart of the Theatre District and was so convenient to Times Square. It was directly across the street from the subway and a block away from the TKTS booth. So convenient to everything if you are there for the theatre. Rooms were small but the hotel staff was wonderful and we were only there to sleep so the size of the room didn't really matter. |

Great location, very professional and friendly staff, breakfast. We stayed on the 6th floor and had a very quiet room considering the central location of the hotel. The rooms are really very small (we got upgraded but the room was still very small) |
