HVAC settings can't be adjusted by guests, however the building has central heat and A/C and maintains comfortable levels throughout the year. __ AMENITIES: Self check-in, high-speed Wifi, work desk, smart TV with Chromecast, fitness center, food court, community laundry room, and lounge areas. __ PARKING: Includes one free parking space in a secured garage one block away. Access instructions provided prior to arrival. __ EARLY CHECK-IN: We can accommodate a 1pm early check-in for a 20 USD fee. Requires 24 hour notice and subject to availability. __ DISCOUNTS: Book directly on the Flexhome website to save up to 20%. __ REQUIREMENTS: Complete ID verification and rental application, agree to House Rules, and pay 200 USD refundable security deposit.
