Welcome to our family-friendly retreat, a modern haven boasting over 3,475 square feet of elegantly designed living space. This luxurious abode is the perfect fusion of relaxation and entertainment, featuring a brand-new heated in-ground pool with a double waterfall feature and a spacious stone surround ideal for lounging. For further relaxation, immerse yourself in the six-person hot tub or find tranquility in the two-person sauna in the convenient pool shack, which also hosts a full bathroom and additional storage space. The outdoor area is an idyllic spot for daytime relaxation, with a gazebo, diverse seating arrangements, and an outdoor sound system. As the sun sets, the ambience transforms, revealing a gas firepit, a wood-burning fireplace, and enchanting outdoor lighting. (Guests must provide their firewood.) A full-size asphalt court is available for pickleball or badminton, and younger visitors can enjoy the play structure with swings and a sandbox. A solar-heated outdoor shower with a foot wash sprout ensures easy beach dirt removal.
