The sheets were nasty the bathroom sink was broken
no meat on the breakfast bar
The only thing I liked was the fact that there was ample parking
Dirty and broken facilities There wasn't even a single large towel in the bathroom Staff is rude and untrained. They don't even know that if there is a guest is in the elevator then don't join the guest with bags of garbage.
The pictures of the rooms on the website were misleading. This was definitely not a three star hotel. The hallways were dark with holes worn in the carpet. I was definitely disappointed in this hotel. However, the location was close to the Georgia Dome and was within walking distance. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
The room was very old, the bathroom wasn't very nice and the air conditioner leaked all over the rug. The walls were extremely thin and the people next to us were really loud. The hotel did call them twice to ask to quiet down.
Access to downtown and turner field.
Bathroom too small
Great location for staying if just need a place to crash after being at The Dome(within walking distance).
Bathroom made weird noises all night... Paint bubbled all over from water leaks. Very outdated room. Rude workers in a very crowded breakfast area.
A long walk to out room the lighting was dim and the setup of the room was Awkward
Price for Atlanta area was good
No pool, room had a slight odor, could not get any extra towels. We had 3 towels for 4 people.
Free breakfast Staff was nice I liked that there was security at night.
Neighborhood not the safest Housekeeping missed cleaning my room Weekend staff did not have authority to make decisions. I wanted to speak to the manager about my room. People was noisy in the courtyard during the early morning. I don't know if the noise was coming from staff to guest. The exhaust fan in bathroom did not work.
The staff and the breakfast bar
Friendliness of front desk staff
Loud talking in hallway early in the morning
Proximity to Georgia Dome. Good Mexican Restaurant nearby in 1 block of "artsy" upscale.
Some sketchy areas in surrounding area. (blighted, broken bottles, trash, "gangsta" & homeless types. Very noisy AC & noisy guests above and around my room.
We enjoyed our stay at the hotel and really liked the restaurant, Paschals that was a few steps away which was a plus
It was football season and it was limited parking....but that was expected
Staff was nice and room was good size!
Place seemed old, almost like they did remodeling but it was just poorly done! Definitely needs some real updating/fixing!
We left early could not sleep so uncomfortable the bed sank in the middle a ton of out side noise train police ect and the people above us ran the halls all night long not items were in our room like toilet paper so we cut out trip short very unhappy
I liked the cleanliness of the actual room, not the bathroom. The staff was very polite and welcoming. The lobby was very comforting. In a very nice area that I felt comfortable in.
Our bathroom tub was filthy. We had to clean it out before we could even use it. At first we thought it was a stain of some sort but it came out when we tried to clean it. Wi-Fi reception was very poor. It wouldn't not connect to either phones or iPad. Guests the next morning at continental breakfast said the same thing. The next morning at breakfast we arrived around 8:40/8:45. There was hardly anything left to choose from. One type of cereal, no milk, old coffee, barely any orange juice and bagels. Just disappointing. We waited almost 15 minutes for milk.
the location, the breakfast even though I didn't get to join in on it, my GF said it was wonderful
rooms were good, closets really small, showers really were bad, the shower head was very painful, way too much pressure, need a different head, it wasn't what I was expecting, I thought it was I guess more spacious, cleaner, not more like a motel six I guess, elevator was extremely hot, I guess I expected more for the name Castlebury inn and suites!!
Great place, close to the city centre, though not in the nicest environment. It was a breeze to get to the centre at night by car, would've been more dangerous on foot. Really clean hotel with comfy beds.
Location is not in the safest environment.
I didnt like hearing other guests running in and out of their rooms. I stayed on the third floor so each and every step that was made, I heard it. The showers were an inconvenience because we couldn't figure out how to turn the showers on; which resulted in everybody taking a bath and that took up a lot of time. The hotel was in an awful location. Had I known this prior to booking this hotel, I would've kept looking!
The staff was great. The location was good as far as proximity to ga Dome, although the general area is not an area to be out walking either alone or at night. We had a double room - the room was decent sized and had a nice little kitchenette area with sink, small fridge and microwave. Good sized bathroom. Overall, the good would make us come back, however, not on a lower level!
Our biggest complaints: 1) Internet signal was poor, at best, basically non-existent. If you are going to advertise "free" wifi - then it should work, regardless of your room location (we were on first floor). Because of this we were unable to have access to publications for our convention; 2) while overall the hotel was pretty decent, attention needs to be paid to cracked grout in shower areas, small amount of mold in shower and carpets on lower level should be replaced (although we never walk barefoot in any hotel, regardless of how good it is); 3) not enough "do not disturb" signs for all the rooms - haven't quite understood that one; 4) need better sound proofing - as stated, we were on lower level, sounded like a troup of elephants overhead all night.
Easy to get too, decent locale
Bathrooms way too small
It was within walking distance to Georgia Dome
The rooms were disgustingly dirty with out of date decor.
The only thing good was the fact that it was literally a block or two away from the Georgia dome. Price was cheap.
Not sanitary!! Found pubic hair on bathroom tissue. Toenail still on floor and not very clean. The front lobby looks better than your room! Like I said before if your looking for a cheap place and dont plan on being in your room much this is it. Outlets didn't work. Management lied and said she was sending a electrician to repair the issue, never did. The staff looked very unconvincing. I will never come back again.
