Located in the mid-Wilshire neighborhood, this charming 1-bedroom 1-bathroom home is in the heart of LA . The unit is sitting in a very safe and quiet neighborhood, yet you can find so many local restaurants, cafes, shops and grocery stores within just a 10-minute walk. This charming duplex is bright, spacious, and tastefully furnished giving you the feel of home. The unit includes a spacious living room with a big couch that can be used as a temporary guest bed, a kitchenette equipped with all essentials for your stay (mini fridge, microwave, toaster oven, Keurig coffee maker, dinnerware and glassware, stove and kitchen sink are NOT included), a very large bedroom with a queen bed and a walk-in closet, and a large bathroom that includes both a stand up shower and bath tub. The unit also includes a private backyard with a sitting area to entertain friends and family (the fire pit in the backyard is decorative only and not working). You will have one parking permit that allows you to park one car on the street for free. There is plenty of space since the street parking is for residents living on the street only.

There are multiple bus stops (20, 212,312) within just 3 blocks of the duplex.
