This second floor 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom deluxe condominium features a great single-level layout with a beautiful living area and a large, private deck. Located in the secondary building at Chateau Roaring Fork (not riverfront), this condo is only 4 blocks from Aspen Mountain's Silver Queen Gondola and even closer to downtown. Guests enjoy the upgraded kitchen with alder cabinets, marble countertops, a bar station, an expansive island with seating, and an adjacent washer/dryer. The living area features a wood-burning fireplace and is flanked by a wall of windows toward Durant Ave. with a partial view of Aspen Mountain. There is a Queen leather sectional sleeper sofa in the living area, allowing six guests to stay in this condo. Primary bedroom: King bed Second bedroom: Full bed and Twin bed Other: There is a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room Chateau Roaring Fork's common amenities include an on-site heated pool and hot tubs, an on-site workout facility, an on-site conference room, free on-site parking, and free Wi-Fi. This complex has no elevator. The free local bus (RFTA), with access to all four ski mountains, is located right outside. Please note that beginning Monday, September 25th, 2023, the pool and hot tubs will be out of order to accommodate a pool/spa boiler replacement project.  The project is expected to be completed in early November.   Guests of Chateau Roaring Fork receive complimentary Aspen Airport transportation, concierge services, housekeeping, and 24/7 maintenance support.  All Frias Properties guests receive complimentary access to local health club facilities.
