This beautiful pre-war building with old school charm 3 units,without the overcrowding quiet enough to sleep comfortably.
The reviews or meeting me in person as I welcome you with a nice bottle of wine just because you chose to be my guest 😊 if you are sober I can make it a bottle of spring water.I love hosting meeting all my treasured guest.
The is wonderful 5 minutes away from major highways, lots of essentials are in walking distance, groceries to dry cleaners laundry mat ,several bakeries fresh fruits and vegetables,to the east is historic Pelham and to the west is beautiful Riverdale, so staying in the north Bronx is taking a journey into history and capturing the essence of New York city.
