North Clintonville area. Find yourselves some peace and quiet in north central Columbus east of the Olentangy River and west of High Street relaxing under the pines. A unique getaway welcomes you with a hardscaped entryway buffered by a majestic Magnolia and sky reaching Pine trees. Rustic marble mosaic floors softened with plush furnishings create a stylish space for an open floor plan to be enjoyed for self-entertainment or coupledom for a weekend, a week, or a month. Well amenitized.
I am a real estate career professional who hs resided in Clintonville all of my adult life. I have helped people find a place to call home for nearly 20 years. I hve helped investors, by design, create homes that people will find charming and true of its character. Creating a comfy homestead that will accomdate a feeling and not just a roof over one's head is my passion.
It is truly the friendliest neighborhood within Columbus. I was attracted to the area because of my upbringing in the Hocking Hills region of southeastern Ohio where hospitality is key and tourism is its livelihood. I felt that Clintonville had much of that same charm and is centrally located to all of the sights and events that people would travel to the capital city. It's near the Olentangy Trail and COTA bus line. 15 minutes to Downtown Columbus and 5 minutes to Downtown Worthington.
