This listing is 15-49 minutes from all the major NYC airports. Approximately, 1 hour and 34 minutes from Time Square. Also, 30 minutes away from Brooklyn Bridge, Downtown Brooklyn, and Dumbo Park. Kings Plaza and Gateway Center Mall are 10 mins' drive away. Shirley Chislom State Park, Seaview Park, and Canarsie Pier are within walking distance away.
I would consider myself to be fair, firm, great communicator and over great human being.
In my neighborhood, all essentials are within 2 minutes walking distance. At the end of the block is a Laundromat, Rite Aide Pharmacy, 3 supermarkets, BP Gas Station, and various Restaurants. There is even access to the B6 and B82 buses to the train stations L or 2, and 5 trains. Everything is accessible 24 hours per day. The block is very peaceful and quiet. There is an assigned parking spot at the back of the house. The entrance is in the middle of the block on the left-handed side. Make two lefts and the parking spot is identified by a "Park Here" sign. The house is the first driveway next to the black-grilled backyard. It's a two-car parking so please park o the left side of the driveway in front of the sign. Please don't block the doors, we need to be able to exit in case of an emergency. If you didn't drive no problem, there is public transportation (B6 or B82 bus to train stations). There is Three supermarkets in my neighborhood and they are within walking distance from the house.
