Detroit is becoming a revitalized city with many great restaurants, sporting venues and entertainment venues. Very walkable and increased transit system would make this the perfect city to visit. It's so good to see the re-birth of the buildings and the businesses making this a city vibrant and attracting more visitors each year.

Detroit is a beautiful place to visit.
Detroit is a beautiful place to visit. Most people are relatively friendly. I had no problems, other than the place that I stayed. They had mice and it was a dead mouse in the sink on the second day. The person managing the property came in while I wasn't there. I couldn't cook my Thanksgiving dinner because there was no dining table. So my family had to eat with our plates in our laps. I was told to give a good review and they would give me back half of my money. They lied! I have text messages and pictures.

Detroit has come a long way from what it used to be.
Detroit has come a long way from what it used to be. There is a lot to do around the city. With the Q-line and the people mover being a mode of free transportation, it is much easier to get around if you can park just outside of the downtown area
As the realtors say: location, location, location!
This is an amazing place to stay if you’re comfortable with the array of things going on in downtown Detroit — and the folx in it. (One block from the bus terminal makes it interesting, but not too challenging most of the time.)
High-ceiling modern loft living, reserved one day at a time. What’s not to love?
Don’t expect a bellhop or hotel amenities. Security is on-site and attentive to what’s going on. So no parties, inside or out.
We stayed in 2 separate rooms on N1 of Taylor Swift's Era Tour. The staff was amazing and very friendly and professional on a sold-out night. I love the vibe of this hotel. We're from Indiana and specifically wanted to see Taylor in Detroit so I could stay at The Siren again! The city is beautiful with all the historical buildings. My daughter wants to go back next month on her 21st birthday to experience the cocktail lounge and nightlife. 10 out of 10 would recommend.
Let's be honest, this place is not for everybody. It's a quiet neighborhood that is just starting to come out of despair. The property is older and you rent a bedroom that is quite small. But if you're a little more adventurous and you dig art, it's cool. If you're an artist who has hit the road on a tight budget, you're going to love it. If you're more of a luxury hotel traveler, you're not going to dig it.
I thought it was great. It was an experience until itself.
The hotel is quite new. My apartment was exactly how featured in the pictures. The kitchen had everything I needed and the whole place was clean. The staff was always there and friendly. The location is great and very centered, you can have a couple of small supermarkets reachable by foot as well as some main shops. Great value for money, I will definitely look into those rooms if I come back to Detroit
My flight got delayed, arrived at the hotel late night and Jeena made sure to get me a bed even if the system cancelled the reservation considering a no show. 5* to overnight staff as well.
Room is comfy, clean and have all recent devices so we can enjoy a good stay. Free wifi - amenities are from good quality
Design is cool, new and rooms are made with durable material
The location of the hotel was great. We were right downtown and one of our rooms had a river view and you could see Canada. The front desk employees were polite and helpful, they made checking in quick and easy. I also felt we got a good deal for what we paid for the rooms. Both of our rooms were clean as well. The shower was good, pressure and hot water worked well.
Loved my stay at the MGM Grand. Whether it was the receptionist, the security, or the waiters at the restaurants, the staff was amazing. The view and Downton Detroit in general are beautiful. The hotel room was quiet, while the lobby and Casino felt like Mini Vegas. It was the perfect mix of busyness and calmness and I felt safe traveling alone which is a big plus.
Location, nice big windows with interesting and good view. (Do need a clean tho). Lovely soaps etc. always makes a difference.
Lovely that this is an apartment and not a hotel so you really feel like you live and belong in Detroit.
Convenient shop directly underneath which sells hot fresh pizza and is generally incredibly useful!
I love a good historic hotel, and this one definitely fits the bill! They've left a lot of the old fire station character, but have updated it into a really comfortable hotel. It's in a good location in downtown Detroit, and the rooms are large and comfortable. We also loved the Apparatus Room for dinner and drinks!
The hotel is quiet and clean, and the parking lot is secured behind locked rolling gates. The front desk personnel were very polite and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable enough. It’s about a mile from downtown Detroit, which wasn’t a bad walk for us on such a beautiful, pleasant evening.
exceptional quality of the property and rooms. amazing staff. 15/10 experience. Will be back, favorite Hotel ever. The location mixed with the terrific hotel really made this a perfect option for staying in Downtown Detroit. Great room, modern everything, valet parking.
The design of the hotel is unbelievably posh yet welcoming. As a designer for similar hospitality rivals, I was extremely impressed with the atmosphere and experience. Definitely will stay again the next time I am in Detroit.
the price and location. for budget travelers who want a location not far from downtown Detroit. rooms seemed recently remodeled and everything was very clean. I came here for movement festival. it was great spot for the price.
The location is great! Everything in walking distance. I love living in downtown but the hotel prices are just ridicilous! The place is really nice and I will definately come back next time I am in Detroit!
Very large and comfortable suites. Same price as other regular hotel rooms. Great location downtown. You won't be disappointed. I used to stay at Greektown Casino Hotel but their rooms are 1/3 of Antheneum!
Brilliant hotel everything was great. Was extremely pleased with the FREE shuttle service down to Ford Field and back on game day. Outstanding and would definitely use again
Perfect location for Detroit river view walk and marina. Canada bridge is close, view form the room is amazing. Everything is close and people mover in the hotel
A lovely residential-type hotel (an old restored mansion) in a good downtown location, near the art centre.
Good (paid) parking. Terrific buffet breakfast.
