Unique, 1800 sq. ft. condominium with unparalleled views of the surrounding mountains. This like new unit has 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, with an over-sized sleeping loft. Convenient location, fully featured, large open kitchen, great for families. Free bus access to Park City and ski areas stops in front of our complex every 15 minutes.
Jane and I are family oriented, both have recently retired from our careers, Jane as a Financial Advisor (VP at Morgan Stanley) and I as an IT executive (9 years at Cisco Systems). We have two grown sons, both married, and three precious grand-daughters. We love Park City - we have learned to enjoy the ability to get away from the hustle of Los Angeles and the ability to enjoy nature - there is so much to see and do in the Park City area. We enjoy the summer and fall as much as winter - the beautiful mountains - we love to drive over to Sundance, go to festivals, and just go on a mountain hike. The snow skiing at Deer Valley can't be beat - the attention to detail offered by Deer Valley is what we really appreciate. We are pleased to offer any suggestions of places to visit, we provide sample menus and recommendations of places to dine, etc.
Our Condominium complex is conveniently located in Kimball Junction area adjacent to the Park City Outlets. Convenient access to Shops, Restaurants, and local activities. Free Underground parking garage with ski closet for easy ski storage. There is ample parking outside our condominium building for additional vehicles. A free ski shuttle pick-up location right outside our complex provides 10 minute access to Canyons Ski Resort, 20 minute access to Park City Mountain, and 35 minute access to Deer Valley.
